Donald E. Sivertson 87 of Harlowton died early Wednesday morning, October 10, 2018 of natural causes with his son by his side. He was born February 11, 1931 in Harlowton, MT the son of Elmer O. and Ethel K. (Smith) Sivertson. He received his education in Harlowton graduating from Harlowton High School in 1949, he then went to Montana State College graduating in 1953. He then entered the United States Air Force serving until 1973 retiring as Lt. Colonel. He returned to Harlowton and served as Harlowton City Justice of the Peace and as a volunteer EMT & Firefighter for Harlowton. He was also a member of the Harlowton Kiwanis Club.

He is survived by two sons David (Stephanie) and Daniel Sivertson both of Las Vegas, NV; one sister Dorothy Corlett in Washington; two grandsons Cody & Brandon, one granddaughter Kylah, one great grandson Kaleb, one great granddaughter Ava, and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside Memorial Services for Donald E. Sivertson were held Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Harlowton Cemetery. Cremation has taken place and the Perkins Funeral Home is assisting the family.
