Robert D. Watson 79 of Judith Gap died Tuesday morning, April 18, 2017, peacefully at home with his loving wife and family. He fought a tough but short battle with brain cancer. He is resting how, out of pain, with his Lord and Savior. He was born June 2, 1937 to Henry and Virginia (Flowers) Watson. Bob was an adventurous man who was a Jack of All Trades. He loved being a cowboy and a rancher. He also loved teaching his children, grandchildren and other children to be cowboys, too. He was a 4-H horse leader who taught the children to love horses as much as he did.

Many good times were had between family and friends sitting around having a cup or two of coffee.

Memorial Services for Robert D. Watson will be on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in St. Paul Lutheran Church in Lewistown, Montana, with a potluck reception following. Cremation has taken place, the Perkins Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Friends are asked to make memorials to Sleeted Cancer Center, the Gift of Life Family Housing in Great Falls, Montana or the charity of their choice and they may be left with the Perkins Funeral Home, PO Box 313 Harlowton, MT 59036 or may be posted on-line at
