Paul F. Von Olnhausen 93 of Ryegate passed away at his home on Tuesday evening, October 27th, 2020 of natural causes. He was born August 18, 1927 in Big Timber, MT the son of Fred and Irene (Nelson) Von Olnhausen. He received his schooling in the Kuehn Country School and Ryegate High School where he graduated. He served in World War II and then returned to Ryegate.   On June 18, 1949 he was united in marriage to Birdie Clark in Billings. They ranched and raised their family on the ranch south of Ryegate until their retirement in 1992. They then moved into Ryegate where they enjoyed their retirement. She preceded him in death in 2011.

He is survived by two sons Ron (Diana) of Moorcroft, WY and Jace (Christy) of Pine Haven, WY; one daughter Ronaline Olson of Rapelje, MT; one twin sister Pauline Soderberg of Helena, MT; six grandchildren Joline (JC) Hicks, Jeremi Von Olnhausen, Rob (Cynthy) Bruner, Robin (Bob) Stevenson, Steven (Jesse) Myers and Jennifer Myers; 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife he was preceded in death by one grandson Jami and his parents.

Graveside Services for Paul F. Von Olnhausen will be Wednesday, November 4th, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in the Ryegate Cemetery. The Perkins Funeral Home is assisting the family.
